What You’ll Need:

12g Pro.Brew Coffee

200–250ml Hot Water

Sweetener or Milk of Choice (optional)
Method:

Boil your water, then let it sit for 2 minutes to cool slightly - this helps avoid scorching the coffee.

Add 12g of Pro.Brew to your favourite mug.

Pour 200–250ml of hot (not boiling) water over the coffee.

Stir well until fully dissolved and smooth.

Add your preferred sweetener or milk, if desired.

☕️ Pro Tip: Don’t Burn Your Brew
To bring out the full flavour of your Pro.Brew, avoid using boiling water. Letting your kettle sit for about two minutes after boiling brings the temperature down to around 80–85°C, which is the sweet spot for extracting the rich, aromatic notes of Colombian Arabica coffee - without any bitterness.
