Log In 

Use your email you used to purchase to log in.

If it's the first time logging in, please hit create account link and use the email you used to make the first subscription. This will then link your account to your purchases. 

From logging in, you will see your recent purchases and then a "Manage Subscriptions' button on the right. 

There are two other ways through which you can access your customer login and manage your subscriptions:

  1. When you purchase a subscription product, you are sent an email with your link that will take your to your customer account. (This automatically expires after 7 days if no log in, so please reach out to us to get another sent.)
  2. Customers can create an account on our website and login, where you will see the "Manage Subscription" button. Clicking it will lead you to the customer account where you can see your previous purchases and manage your subscriptions.

We are also here to help with your account and purchases, so please just use the contact us pop up and we will handle this for you! 

 

Subscription T&Cs

Welcome to our subscription service! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before subscribing. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Discount Offer
10% Off Regular Price: When you subscribe to our product, you will receive a 10% discount on the regular price of each order. This discount will apply automatically to every subscription order.


2. Free Starter Kit
Eligibility: New customers who subscribe will receive a free starter kit. The starter kit includes:
1 Travel Mug
1 Electric Frother
1 Coffee Scoop
1 Single Serving of our product
Limit: The free starter kit is limited to one per new customer. This offer is not available for subsequent subscriptions.


3. Loyalty Rewards
Reward Program: As a valued subscriber, you will receive a loyalty reward with every six subscription orders. The specific reward will vary by order and may include exclusive discounts, free products, or other special offers. Details of the reward will be communicated.


4. Cancellation Policy
Minimum Orders Required: You must receive a minimum of two subscription orders before you are eligible to cancel your subscription.
Cancellation: After the minimum of two orders, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done through your account settings or by contacting our customer service team.
Pause or Skip Options: You may also pause or skip your subscription at any time after the minimum order requirement. This can be managed through your account settings.


5. General Conditions
Subscription Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the terms of the subscription service, including pricing, discounts, rewards, and other benefits, with notice to subscribers. Such changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.
Payment: Subscription charges will be billed to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each subscription period. Taxes, if applicable, will be added to the total amount.
Refunds: Refunds for subscription orders are subject to our standard return policy. Starter kits provided with your first subscription are non-refundable.
