Cashew Milk Latte

Creamy, dairy-free, and loaded with functional fuel - this refreshing iced latte blends homemade cashew milk with Pro.Brew’s collagen coffee for a naturally energising drink that’s better for your body and the planet.


What You’ll Need (For ~5 Servings of Cashew Milk):

  • 140g cashew nuts

  • 1200ml water

  • 2 pitted dates

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice (optional)

  • A few drops vanilla extract

For 1 Iced Latte Serving:

  • 240–300ml of the prepared cashew milk

  • 12g Pro.Brew coffee

  • 30ml hot water

  • Ice


☕ Method:

1. Make the Cashew Milk:

  • In a high-speed blender, combine cashew nuts, water, dates, salt, sweetener, and vanilla.

  • Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.

  • No need to strain — cashew milk blends fully!

  • Store in the fridge in an airtight bottle for up to 4 days.

2. Build Your Latte:

  • Mix 12g Pro.Brew with 30ml hot water, stir until fully dissolved.

  • Fill a glass with ice.

  • Pour in 240–300ml of your homemade cashew milk.

  • Top with the Pro.Brew coffee.

  • Stir, sip, and enjoy.
