What You’ll Need (For ~5 Servings of Cashew Milk):

140g cashew nuts

1200ml water

2 pitted dates

1 pinch salt

1 tsp sweetener of choice (optional)

A few drops vanilla extract
For 1 Iced Latte Serving:

240–300ml of the prepared cashew milk

12g Pro.Brew coffee

30ml hot water
-
Ice
☕ Method:
1. Make the Cashew Milk:

In a high-speed blender, combine cashew nuts, water, dates, salt, sweetener, and vanilla.

Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.

No need to strain — cashew milk blends fully!

Store in the fridge in an airtight bottle for up to 4 days.
2. Build Your Latte:

Mix 12g Pro.Brew with 30ml hot water, stir until fully dissolved.

Fill a glass with ice.

Pour in 240–300ml of your homemade cashew milk.
