This is your pre-workout smoothie, afternoon pick-me-up, and sweet breakfast shake all in one. The blend of frozen banana, creamy yoghurt, and rich Colombian coffee creates a naturally sweet, energising smoothie - with the added bonus of protein and antioxidants.
What You’ll Need:

1 frozen banana

100g Greek yogurt (for creaminess + protein)

120ml milk of choice (for a lighter texture)

Sweetener of choice (stevia, honey, or date syrup)

Method:

Mix 12g Pro.Brew with 30ml hot water and stir until dissolved.

Add the coffee, banana, yogurt, milk, and sweetener to a blender.
