Energy Mocha Bites (with Pro.Brew Power)

These rich, chocolatey energy bites are perfect for pre-workout fuel, mid-afternoon slumps, or on-the-go snacking. Naturally sweetened with dates and powered by collagen coffee, they’re more than just tasty - they’re functional.


What You’ll Need:

  • 120g pitted dates (for natural sweetness + fibre)

  • 12g cocoa powder

  • 90g rolled oats

  • 70g almonds (or nuts of choice)

  • 60g walnuts

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 12g Pro.Brew + 30ml hot water


Method:

  1. Mix 12g of Pro.Brew with 30ml hot water until dissolved.

  2. Add all ingredients into a food processor.

  3. Blend until a sticky, slightly crumbly mixture forms.

  4. Roll into bite-sized balls.

  5. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours to firm up before serving.


Pro Tip:

Roll them in shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or mini chocolate chips for added texture and flair.
