What You’ll Need:

60g rolled oats

30ml honey or date syrup

20–30g milled flaxseed

12g Pro.Brew coffee

240ml milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond milk for macros below)
Method:

In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, honey/date syrup, flaxseed, and Pro.Brew.

Gradually pour in 240ml of milk, stirring until smooth and evenly mixed.

Spoon into a jar, seal, and refrigerate overnight.

Optional: In the morning, top with whipped Dalgona coffee for an extra shot of creamy indulgence.
