Wake Up to Pro.Brew Overnight Oats (Protein + Coffee in One)

Need a breakfast that fuels your body and your brain? These overnight oats blend slow-release carbs, healthy fats, and collagen-powered protein coffee - the perfect combo for sustained energy, better recovery, and no morning faff.


What You’ll Need:

  • 60g rolled oats

  • 30ml honey or date syrup

  • 20–30g milled flaxseed

  • 12g Pro.Brew coffee

  • 240ml milk of choice (we used unsweetened almond milk for macros below)


Method:

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, honey/date syrup, flaxseed, and Pro.Brew.

  2. Gradually pour in 240ml of milk, stirring until smooth and evenly mixed.

  3. Spoon into a jar, seal, and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Optional: In the morning, top with whipped Dalgona coffee for an extra shot of creamy indulgence.
