How to Make a Pumpkin Spice Pro.Brew Latte (Protein-Packed)

Autumn vibes in a mug? Yes please. This creamy, spiced latte delivers everything you love about pumpkin spice season - with the added bonus of collagen protein and no chalky aftertaste. Serve it hot, frothy, and cosy.


What You’ll Need:

  • 3 tbsp pumpkin purée (or use pumpkin spice syrup as a shortcut)

  • 1 pinch cinnamon

  • 1 pinch salt

  • A few drops of vanilla extract

  • 12g Pro.Brew coffee + 30ml hot water

  • 220ml milk of choice

  • 1–2 tbsp sweetener of choice

  • Whipped cream (optional, but highly encouraged)


Method:

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together the milk, pumpkin purée, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and sweetener.

  2. Warm gently over medium heat until steamy and frothy - avoid boiling to keep the flavour smooth and prevent any burnt taste.

  3. Prepare your Pro.Brew: mix 12g with 30ml hot water, stir until fully dissolved.

  4. Pour the brewed Pro.Brew into the saucepan and mix well.

  5. Pour into your favourite mug, top with whipped cream if desired, and sip your way to autumn bliss.


Pro Tip: Don’t Burn It

Heating your milk and puree mixture gently and keeping the Pro.Brew below boiling point ensures you preserve flavour, avoid bitterness, and get that smooth café-style finish. Aim for 80–85°C for best results.
