How to Make a Pumpkin Spice Pro.Brew Latte (Protein-Packed)

What You’ll Need:

3 tbsp pumpkin purée (or use pumpkin spice syrup as a shortcut)

1 pinch cinnamon

A few drops of vanilla extract

12g Pro.Brew coffee + 30ml hot water

220ml milk of choice

1–2 tbsp sweetener of choice

Method:

In a saucepan, whisk together the milk, pumpkin purée, cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and sweetener.

Warm gently over medium heat until steamy and frothy - avoid boiling to keep the flavour smooth and prevent any burnt taste.
